At first, discussions were held with the coordinating bodies (Development 2009.12.08., Corporate 2009.12.10., R & D 2009.12.04, Educational 2009.12.04), so that they could paraphrase the expectations of the represented entities, i.e. what are the needs and requirements to be fulfilled by the initiated projects in the future (These criterias will be enforced during the planning phase by the working groups). The talks included the adaptation of an aspect-scheme - which will enable the projects to be pre-filtered – by defining critical indicators which will help to decide whether the realization of a project has an added value in regard of the Economic Program.

During the talks with the coordinating bodies there were numerous other important questions mentioned, which will be passed to all of the other bodies in a structured form. This way it is possible to ensure that there is no information lost, and the various bodies can profit from, and discuss further each other’s ideas during the forthcoming meetings (2009.01.19-30.).

Given the newborn state of the process, there were basic demands drawn up, which have to be solved as soon as possible:

1. The physical representation of AIPA at Kecskemét: office, staff, contacts.
2. The introduction of AIPA and its representatives to the public, and to the possible investors.
3. Creation of the marketing communication of AIPA, webpage, “Economic development Program” review.
4. Define the financial sources of AIPA (beside the cluster tenders)
5. Consultation with Mercedes-Benz about it’s requirements, and make it public ASAP.
6. The introduction and synthesization of the already initiated projects (Municipality of Kecskemét)
